eNJoy series (NJ Beer Co collab)
An ever rotating series of brews made with our friends at NJBC. To date:
001- 6.7% India Pale Ale with mosaic and el dorado, fermented on East Coast Ale Yeast
002- 5.2% American Pale Ale with mosaic and cascade, fermented on California Ale Yeast
003- Our first stab at the haze craze! A 6.2% IPA with high protein content from all of the oats and yeast. Fermented with East Coast Ale Yeast and double dry hopped with mosaic and el dorado, this came out as a delicious juice bomb of an NEIPA
004- 5.5% Milk Porter brewed with lactose. Sweet roasty, and easy drinking
005- 8.2% Imperial IPA brewed with zythos, Columbus, and chinook. A high protein beer fermented with East Coast Ale Yeast, it's a blend of east coast haze meets west coast hops
006- 3.2% Berliner Weiss- our first sour beer!
007- 5.2% Golden Ale. Brewed with noble hops to be a nice summer crusher
Citra Mosaic Simcoe NEIPA- 6.7% brewed with wheat, oats, barley, and our house juicy yeast strand. An easy crusher
Simcoe Columbus Zythos- 7.1%, We dialed it in with some of our favorite hops. Grapefruit, resin, dankness and a touch of tropical fruits.
Citra Ekuanot- 6.1%, we took our 003, made plenty of tweaks, and released this delicious tropical fruit hop bomb.
Inconsiderate Dawwg STorter
The name... Well the name is a good story that we'll tell you over a pint! This storter walks a fine (and debateable) line between stout and porter. It brings all of the dark, roasty flavors you'd want this time of year: think coffee, chocolate, and hints of raisins. Coming in at 7.2% ABV and 50 IBUs, this is mans best friend.
ONE- Red Ale brewed with galena and nugget. A celebration of our first year!
TWO- 6.9% red ale with an updated grain bill, dry hopped extensively with our love, simcoe
THREE- 9.5% Imperial IPA. Barley, oats, wheat. Amarillo, mosaic, el dorado. Three dry hops... you get it. A dangerously drinkable triple IPA
FOUR- 9.8% Imperial IPA. Barley, oats, and wheat. Amarillo, Zythos, Citra, and Simcoe. Following up on three, we brewed an insanely drinkable IPA with four of our favorites. Our biggest dry hop to date!
Double Parked Double IPA
Park the car, don't drive it after drinking this. 8.9%, 70 IBU, Double India Pale Ale. Generously hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops in both the kettle and the fermenter, tastes of oranges, tangerines, tropical fruits, cantaloupe, and melons wonderfully mask the alcohol of this big beer. Brewed with barley, wheat, and oats.
SPF 13 Jersey Summer Ale
4.6%, 18 IBU, Blonde Wheat Ale. Light caramel with hints of biscuit. Dry hopped lightly with Citra, hop flavors include grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, and lychee. We made this beer to be a nice, easy summer session.
